The Splendid Time room features a queen-sized bed and an early 20th century atmosphere. Many windows allow generous light to pour into the room, with blackout curtains provided for privacy. The bathroom features a combination shower/tub.  The Splendid Time is located downstairs, opening directly onto the front porch where we invite you to enjoy our beautiful scenery and lovely garden.

The Victoria Rose is one of our two true Victorian rooms. A traditional atmosphere with modern touches creates the perfect setting for two.  The Victoria Rose features a king-size bed, and a combo shower/tub.  Located just inside the downstairs hallway, the Rose is only a few steps from our cozy porch, as well as being close to the back door with easy access to our parking area.

Our Miranda Room is named after the Miranda family, a Menorcan family dating back to the original settling of St. Augustine.  The Miranda Room features a king-sized bed, closet, and a bathroom.  This room is located at the top of the staircase, just a few steps from our beautiful and unique veranda where we invite you to enjoy a glass of wine, a freshly baked cookie, and to watch the carriage horses pass by. 

One of our sunniest rooms, The Garden Room features a queen size bed and two twins, accommodating up to 4 guests. The Garden Room is just steps away from our spacious veranda, where you can watch the quiet bustle of St. Augustine as it passes by. The bathroom features a combination shower/tub. Please note there will be an extra $35.00 charge per person, per night exceeding 2 people.

The Queen Anne's Lace is one of two true-to-style Victorian rooms. It features an authentic, lacey atmosphere centered by a classic, queen-sized "Princess" bed.  The bathroom features a combination shower/tub.  Located just inside our upstairs hallway, you will find our sprawling veranda only a few steps away where you can enjoy the bench swing with a glass of wine any time you'd like. 

Our most frequently booked room, the bright, airy Serenity is located on the second floor overlooking Cordova St.  The Serenity room opens onto the sprawling veranda where we invite you to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. (please note that all veranda and porch spaces are common space areas) The Serenity features a king-sized bed and a walk-in shower. A small wet bar outside the bathroom with a mini fridge for your personal food and drink storage.

The Grace Darling Suite is what we like to call our honeymoon suite. In the bedroom, you'll find a queen sized bed, a cozy electric-start fireplace, and an intimately placed soaking tub in front of a private window.  The bathroom features a walk-in shower.  This room is located to the rear of the inn with its own private entrance. The Grace Darling Suite is perfect for couples who appreciate their privacy.

The Memories Suite is the most spacious room of the inn. A four-poster, king-sized bed sits in the center of the room facing the display case where we keep a nip of complementary sherry for you to enjoy.  On the side nearest the door you will find a cozy, well-lit sitting area. On the far side, sits a large, jetted tub tucked away in a quaint nook.  The bathroom features a walk-in shower.  This room also features a mini-fridge in the cabinet beneath the television.  The Memories Suite is located in our downstairs hallway, just a few steps from the front porch and conveniently located next to the back door with quick access to our parking area. 

The Enchanted Hideaway is one of our most private rooms, as well as being our coziest. (Please note this is a very small room. It is the ONLY room that has its own private porch) This room features a queen-sized bed, and walk-in shower.  Conveniently located a few steps from our parking area, this room is perfect for folks passing through or those eager to get out and explore.  Great for a one night stay or for those traveling with a pet (must have this approved for your reservation, Please call) The Enchanted Hideaway features its own private entrance through our backyard garden, and boasts its own private porch.
