 Totally surrender yourself to the room’s beautiful Victorian ambiance with expressions of another era.  Experience this fairy tale setting with its opulent “princess style” QUEEN bed and lace tester canopy for a glorious night of romance and sweet dreams. The Queen Ann’s Lace Room is often referred to as our most romantic room.  Private bath with a combination deep soaking tub and shower. We provide bubble bath, just for fun.  No TV available...rather select soothing "mood" music from the in-room CD library.  Second floor, just steps to the alluring veranda.

VICTORIA ROSE

Remembrances of the Victorian era adorn this lovely room graced with its period figurines, porcelain plates, and an array of  memorabilia. This exquisite guest room is accentuated with delicate floral wall covering, original rich hardwood floors, Queen Anne style chairs, and a striking winged KING bed. A portrait of the fanciful Victoria Rose completes this captivating bedchamber.  Victoria Rose has been chosen as our most charming guest room. THE MIRANDA ROOM

This fascinating guest room is decorated with a Spanish flair and has colorful hand painted pottery and Miranda family mementos displayed throughout the room.  Take a trip back in time while viewing the in-room genealogy chart of one of our treasured guests who astonishingly has traced her lineage back to Senor Mathias Miranda, and other famous early settlers of St. Augustine.  Adorning a second wall is a stunning portrait of a Spanish Conquistador, a family heirloom donated by another cherished guest.  A spacious KING  bed with a handsome tapestry bedspread adds to the comfort and charm of this lovely guest room.  The Miranda Room is our second most requested room.  The private bathroom has a deep soaking tub and shower combination.    In-room TV.  Second floor.

ENCHANTED HIDEAWAY

Tranquil and serene aptly describe this enchanting, secluded retreat.  The cozy bedroom is decorated in a delightful cottage theme, with white wicker furnishings, a romantic skylight, and garden essence.  Indulge yourself with an afternoon nap on the comfy QUEEN size bed and let our “sounds of nature” CD’s lull you into a restful sleep.  A private porch, right outside your door, overlooks a lovely meditation garden and is perfect for catching some sun, or just becoming one with nature. The Enchanted Hideaway Room is a private haven for your escape.  The private bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower (no tub).  TV not available….relax and unwind with your favorite book.  Ground floor.

SERENITY

Ah, serenity! Morning coffee and the newspaper on the veranda, an afternoon nap on the roomy KING bed, time for a great book selected from your in-room mini-library,  an early evening game of checkers, and a nightcap on the porch swing. ...Ahhh, serenity... An intimate table for two, in-room wet bar, and wall of windows offering a picturesque view of the passing horse drawn carriages complement this perfect retreat. Serenity is our most requested room. Private bath with walk-in tiled shower (no tub). Step out of your room to the soft breezes of the spacious veranda. In-room TV. Second Floor.

THE GARDEN

This truly irresistible suite can accommodate up to three adults and is a real favorite for a girls' getaway.  It is beautifully decorated in luscious colors of deep greens and purples, and is furnished with white wicker and a QUEEN bed. The adjoining sun room has a garden table for four, two cozy window seats for lounging or extra sleeping accommodations, and lots of windows overlooking the second floor veranda!  The Garden Room was voted "The Most Fun" for a girls' getaway. Private bath with combination tub and shower. We have added bubble bath and spa robes just for fun! In-room TV/VCR. Second floor, just steps from the spacious veranda.

THE GRACE DARLING ROOM

This lovely guest room is appointed in an English motif and complemented with poems, books, and memorabilia depicting the life of Grace Darling, a famous English heroine of the 19th century. Now, take a moment to imagine sipping complimentary champagne as you and your special someone relax and unwind in the romantic whirlpool for two, complete with calming, scented bath salts. Then, imagine slipping into our fluffy spa robes, selecting a soothing love song from our in room CD library, and cuddling in the lush QUEEN bed, glistening in the light of the nearby cozy fireplace.
